Olivia Marshall Photography respects your privacy, and this policy explains how I collect, use and protect your personal information. I am the data controller for any information you share with me, and you can contact me at hello@oliviamarshall.photography. When you get in touch or book a session, I may collect your name, email address, preferred date, session type and anything you include in your message, along with details about the people being photographed where you choose to share them, the photographs taken during your session, and payment records. My website host may also collect basic technical information, such as your browser type and IP address, for security and performance. I use your information to reply to your enquiry, arrange and carry out your session, edit and deliver your photographs, send invoices, and keep the business and tax records I am required to keep by law. I do this to provide the service you have booked, to meet my legal obligations, for my legitimate interest in running my business and replying to enquiries, and with your consent where I ask for it. I will only show your images in my portfolio, on this website or on social media if you have given me permission, and you can withdraw that permission at any time by emailing me, after which I will remove them from my website and social media and will not use them again. I never sell your information. I only share it with trusted services that help me run my business, and only share as much as each one needs. Some of these providers store data outside the UK, and where they do, approved safeguards are in place to protect it. This website only uses the cookies it needs to work and does not use advertising or tracking cookies. You have the right to ask for a copy of the information I hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how I use it, and to withdraw your consent at any time, although some of these rights may be limited where I am legally required to keep certain records. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk. Last updated: October 2026.
